Anjali, a first-generation learner from a village in Bihar, joined Whiteboard Foundation’s skill-based workshop during her second year of college. With the right mentorship and resume-building support, she landed a paid internship at a reputed fintech company—and is now working full-time as a Business Analyst in Bangalore.

Raj’s Rise from Delhi Government School to the Tech World

Raj studied at a government school in East Delhi with limited access to career guidance. After joining Whiteboard Foundation’s mentorship program, he learned about coding, built his first project, and cracked an internship at a Delhi-based tech firm. Today, he’s pursuing Computer Science and freelancing as a junior developer
